I have increased the run time for all turf areas to keep the rye grass alive for longer and I also see some Bermuda coming up so we will be monitoring turf transition very closely and do what is necessary to improve turf quality. Also drip system has been turned back on for plant/trees we also found manny unused and uncap drip emitters lines along with a few small water leaks that we have been repaired as we go, so please be aware of this situation.
