The McClellan Meadows Community Association conducts its business through its professional management company. The way to reach the Board of Directors is to email the community manager and ask that your message be forwarded to the board.

Board of Directors

Officers and directors as listed on the association’s Arizona Corporation Commission filings (public record). The recording secretary who runs meetings is a staff member of the management company, not a director. Positions can change — verify current filings at ecorp.azcc.gov. We list names and positions only — no personal contact details.

Why we route it this way

• It creates a written record. Emailing the manager and asking for it to be forwarded documents that the board received your message and when.
• It reaches the whole board. The manager relays it to all directors, rather than one member you happen to have contact for.
• We don’t publish board members’ personal email addresses. Directors are volunteers; the manager is the association’s official point of contact.
