I hope you are well. I just wanted to follow up on the attached Fine Policy, Collection Policy and draft Design Guidelines for McClellan Meadows. Kim and I made a tiny adjustment to the Design Guidelines since the last version I sent you which is on page 14. The Front Yard Landscaping minimums were adjusted so that the builders plans would be in compliance. If you could please sign and return the Policies and let me know of any changes we made need to the DG’s that would be great. Please let me know if you have any questions on this.
