Subject: McClellan Meadows HOA up date
Hi Jeanne, I just wanted to give you an up date on the irrigation system for McClellan Meadows in Coolidge; As you know the water meter was installed last Friday late morning and also Back flow was installed Friday morning as well.
This morning our tech went back out there and ran an irrigation system check/repairs he was able to Identified the irrigation turf valves and he found a few broken heads and some others that are not turning.
Also we need to install a new irrigation battery operation clock to activate the turf areas only for now , with your approval we can continue with the necessary repairs and possible over seeding early next week.
Please advise me to procced with the repairs.
