If you need to get a couple laborers out there to help police the trash then I am ok with it. Order a couple and put them on trash detail. Thanks

Good evening Jeanne;
We have had soo much wind as of late it is challenging to keep trash in the many containers on site… but appreciate your email nonetheless, and we will reach out to our Trades to make an extra effort to try and control the trash in the neighborhood.

Subject: FW: Yard Trash from Builders
Hi, all. Please see below and attached from a homeowner at McClellan Meadows. I understand that some trash is inevitable, but if you could please impress upon the vendors to please pick up after themselves it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

I am writing you about the trash that is in our yard from the builders. I have spoken to the office down the street twice about it and the last time was told it was due to the wind. I am fully aware of the wind we have been having and can even understand “some” of the paper blowing into our yard, however, the big packing crate that the tub came in was in our driveway when we came home from the hospital last week, to where we had to get out of our vehicle to move it so we could park. That is unacceptable. Then their food plates and empty water bottles “Could” be thrown in one of the dumpsters they have Instead of just sitting them on the grown to blow into our yard or anywhere else.
I am sending you a few pictures so you can see. We know if our yard looked like this when there was no building going on, we would get a notice from you.
It is just courtesy for them to pick up after their self whether they are on a tight schedule or not.
My husband is a Disabled Veteran and I have had procedures done on my knee so we have hired someone to come clean our yard two times a month. We cannot afford any more days than that.
We just wanted you to be aware of what is going on. The woman in the office said she would tell you so I’m following up just in case she forgot.
