Please find attached the requested Drywell Inspection for your property McClellan Meadows. Visual inspections were completed on all found systems located on the corresponding map. Most systems checked out and seem to be in good condition based on our inspection but there are a few items that stood out and need maintenance. Those systems are called out by # in the proposal and are recommended be cleaned or repaired as soon as you can fit it in. The culverts with the heavy build up of sand & silt are the big expense at this site. Unfortunately, they will only get worse with time and should be cleaned if possible.
