Hello, James. So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The attached photos show some sheds that were installed during the period when there was no active HOA. The Current documents state that the materials “must match” those used by the builder. I would like to set the precedent that this does not mean they have to have tile roofs, just that the color of the shingles is complimentary and the shed be painted to match the house. Are you OK with that?

I know I am pushing my luck here, but would you mind driving over to McClellan Meadows sometime and sending me photos of a couple of the existing sheds in the neighborhood? I have an outstanding ARC for a shed and I’m trying to get the board to agree to let them do shingle roofs as there are already several in the neighborhood. I am now on lockdown until I get my test results at least.
