McClellan Meadows - Pest Control

There are two bids attached for pest control at the tot lot area (You need this – there are ants there big enough to carry off a car!!): Bircher Exterminating is $95.00 per month. They will offer homeowners service on the same day for $35.00. Bees and gophers would be as needed. Property Management Pest & Termite is $75.00 per month. They will offer homeowners service for $55.00. Bee treatments would be $150.00 additional. Gopher treatments will be as needed. They also include the mailboxes in their regular service.
