Hi, James. I have an issue at McClellan that I'm hoping you can help with. Please see attached proposals.
There is a common area tract on 11th Street in the Wade Jurney section that is completely bare dirt. I don't know if it was never installed, or if it was taken out at some point. It is the only one that is not done in the entire north half of the community.
There are several homeowners who go to their mailbox there, and I'm being asked since they are paying assessments if we can get the landscape installed. Since the bulk of the repairs/cleanup has been done out of Brown Homes escrow holdback, I had hoped that Wade Jurney would take care of this out of their escrow holdback, but they have refused.
Can I get your approval to go ahead and have this work done as it would result in subsidy being required to pay for it?
Please advise ASAP. I have the annual meeting with these folks next Thursday, and I know they will be asking about it.
Thanks!
