Hello, Paul. I am reaching out to you with a request regarding this community. The common area tract on S. 11th Street between Pryor and Kachina needs to be installed.
I honestly don't know if this was never installed, or if it was destroyed during the construction process. It seems odd that all of the other areas north of Elm Avenue are done except this one. The homeowners on Kachina are asking why.
Since we have paid for all of the other clean-up and all of the painting out of Brown's escrow holdback, would you be willing to pick up the cost for this area? The proposals from our landscaper are installed. The total price would be $6,015.14.
