Hello, James. We are working on getting the landscaping completed and added to regular landscape maintenance contract in the south portion of the Community. Wade Jurney is doing their section, and as areas are completed, we will add them to the regular maintenance contract.
The area marked in green was already installed years ago, so that one is the Associations responsibility to clean up. Please see attached proposal
I am still negotiating with Richmond American regarding the two end caps in their section – not sure if they are going to pay to have them installed or if the Association will end up having to do that. Apparently there was nothing in the sales contract between RMG and Richmond to cover that expense.
Please let me know ASAP if you approve the attached proposal. We really need to get these taken care of before they get any worse.
