Hello, all. I am trying to determine who is going to take care of the installation of the remainder of the common areas in McClellan Meadows. Attached are the maps showing ownership of the lots and the breakdown of the common areas. The one area in green is already installed, so we will have our landscapers do the clean-up on that. The areas in orange are the ones I am concerned with. I am wondering if the builders are willing to contribute to installing those areas before turning them over to the Association for maintenance. I am not sure if any arrangements are being made at the time of sale or not. Please let me know your thoughts at your earliest convenience. I would like to get started with the bids for any areas of Association responsibility. Regarding the utilities, I will be getting permits tomorrow for the last two meters - 1000 W. Verde and 999 W, Palo Verde. All of the water meters are installed with the exception of 2 that are going to be added in the south greenbelt. Paul - I believe you are working with Arizona Water on those? Please let me know if there is anything you need from me in that regard. Thank you all in advance for your input. Let me know if you have any questions. Jeanne M. Tonkinson, CAAM Community Manager AAM, LLC [phone redacted] (direct line) [phone redacted] (direct fax) [phone redacted] (main line)
