McClellan Meadows Tot Lot Services bids

We have 2 bids for inspection and quarterly maintenance of the Tot Lot. Both are reputable companies that I have worked with in the past: HOA Playground is $150.00 per quarter, which includes the initial inspection Tot Lot Services, Inc. is $149 for the inspection, and $158 per quarter for maintenance Once you have decided on a company, I will schedule the inspection. At that time, they will provide bids to repair the benches and replace the basketball hoop, and any other issues they may find. In my opinion, this is the most urgent issue, as the liability on the playgrounds is huge! Please let me know if you have any questions. Jeanne M.
