It has come to my attention that the walls still need to be painted in the south end of McClellan Meadows. Paul, are you taking care of the wrought iron on the new homes you are building?
James – do I need to get bids to paint the rest of the common area walls with Association funds, or was this part of the purchase agreement with Wade Jurney.
