Hello, James. As you may know, McClellan Meadows needs to have a Reserve Study done. We had budget $1200 in 2019 for this project.
Attached please find proposals from the two companies we use most often. Association Reserves bid is for $1400.00 with a 12 week turnaround. Advanced Reserve Solutions’ bid is for $1290.00 with a 7-9 week turnaround.
Do I have your approval to order a Reserve Study from Advanced Reserve Solutions at a cost of $1290.00? I would like to get this ordered ASAP so as to have the figures available to prepare the 2020 budget.
