Hi, James. The City would like to install a bus stop on 9th Street in our common area. Can you please review the attached and let me know ASAP if you approve and I will sign and return everything to them? It appears that any liability/insurance issues are covered in the contract. I can’t think of any reason not to approve. Please advise ASAP. Jeanne M. Also attached is a drawing showing the location of the proposed shelter as well as a drawing that details the dimensions of the proposed shelter and a photo of a similar shelter located in Gila Bend. Please note we do not have plans at this time to install trash receptacles because we currently don’t have the ability to provide disposal service at this location. Please review the proposal and contact me if you have any questions. Once the proposal is signed we will take it to the Coolidge City Council for final approval. Thank you very much for your assistance. Sincerely, Ernest Feliz [phone redacted]
