Am I supposed to assume that the Association will be responsible for repainting the wrought iron fencing & block walls in the south portion of the property the next time they are painted, or is the developer going to be taking care of this at their expense? 2. The granite at the front entry area off Coolidge Avenue was replenished in March 2019 (only $2,690.50 was spent). Am I supposed to assume that the Association will be responsible for replenishing the granite throughout the rest of the north portion and center portion of the property the next time it is done, or is the developer going to be taking care of this at their expense? 3. Am I supposed to assume that the developer will eventually be installing granite in the south portion of the property where no granite has ever been installed?
