We plan on selling our last lots in mid-January. We shifted most of our Declarant Obligations to our lot purchaser. As we are now wrapping up this fund, we would like the HOA to acknowledge that the Declarant has met all its obligations. Is this something you can get done? Have we hit the threshold for transferring the operations fully to the HOA?
