Can you please send the following manager letter to the address above and include the photos and information attached? During a recent inspection of the common areas in your community, it was noted that there is substantial damage to the common area adjacent to your home that appears to have been caused by draining and/or backwashing of your pool into the common area. Please note that the City of Casa Grande requires that pools be drained and backwashed into the sewer cleanout on your property. Please see the enclosed photos and guidelines. If you need help locating your sewer clean-out, please contact the City of Casa Grande public works department. Please note that you could be cited by the Association for disposing of this water directly into the common areas, and fined per the enclosed fine policy.
